Last updated: 24 September 2026
General
EXPA respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what information is collected when you leave your details, what it is used for, and what your rights are. Using the site and submitting your details are subject to this policy and to applicable law.
Information we collect
When you ask us to get back to you, we collect the email address you provide, the time of your consent, and the page your request came from. For security and abuse prevention, an encrypted security fingerprint may be generated, without storing your original network address.
How we use it
The information is used only to respond to your request, to manage the conversation you asked for, to protect the form, and to meet legal obligations. Providing it is not a legal requirement, but without it we cannot get back to you. We do not use these details for marketing mailings.
Sharing and retention
Information is stored in secure systems and may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on EXPA's behalf under appropriate authorisations. We do not sell information. It is disclosed to a third party only where required to operate the service, to protect rights, or where the law obliges us to. Information is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it, you may request to review personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted where that is possible under the law. To make a privacy request, use the form at the bottom of the homepage and note in the subject line that it is a privacy request.
Security and updates
We take reasonable measures to protect information, although no system is completely secure. This policy may be updated from time to time, and the date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
